Cantilevered shelves have extremely unique advantages for storing long strips of goods such as pipes and wires. According to the carrying capacity, it can be divided into three types: light, medium and heavy. According to the structural form, it can be divided into single-sided cantilever shelves and double-sided cantilever shelves.
Cantilever shelves
The rack has the dual function of storing and transporting goods for dynamic warehousing. The goods are transported from the entrance section of the shelf to the exit end through a roller-type aluminum alloy or sheet metal runner equipped with a slope, and subsequent goods are connected in sequence to achieve the purpose of storage. At the same time, first-in-first-out is implemented. The system is suitable for supermarket distribution centers, production assembly lines, small goods transportation and picking operations, etc. It can be equipped with electronic labels to realize information management of goods.
Fluent shelves
Push Back is used as an alternative to Drive-In systems where there are insufficient homogeneous pallets for a Drive-In system to operate successfully. It can offer high-density storage with different pallet types being stocked at each level, but operates on First-In Last-Out (FILO) principles. There are 3 -5 pallets deep per lane, and max upright height is 6m.
Narrow aisle racking is a type of cargo racking that uses a specialized three-way stacking forklift to store and retrieve goods. With 100% picking capacity, the warehouse utilization rate can be increased to 50%, and the height of the shelves can be adjusted according to the pitch to meet the storage of different goods. You can choose a forklift with guide rays, or you can choose to install a special track as a guide device for the forklift.

Brake roller or brakes control the speed of flow down pallets, and prevent line build up and pressure, automatic off load separation gates and entry guides ensure ease of operation. As each lane can be used to store different commodities, while only one commodity for one lane for drive in racking. Standard pallets can be used on full width rollers. For non-standard pallet sizes, either high-density roller or multi track systems can be provided.
